Standing Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee presents Tet gifts in Tu Son town

(BNP) - On January 19, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Chung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited and presented Tet gifts to policy families in Tu Son town.

Standing Deputy Secretary Nguyen Quoc Chung and the delegation visited and presented Tet gifts for Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Phong, born in 1925, at Hoi Quan village, Tuong Giang commune. He wished the Mother to have good health and a happy Tet festival. He hoped that the Mothers will continue to be a good example for young generation to be followed.

Paying a visit to old revolutionary Do Van Chin, born in 1922, Quarter 2 and Ms. Hua Thi Anh, 100 years old, Quarter 3 (Dong Nguyen Ward), Mr. Chung expressed his gratitude to those who have contributed to the revolution and nation and wished them to continue to maintain the revolutionary tradition, educate their children, thus contributing to construction and development of the locality.

He also visited and presented Tet gifts to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien, born in 1947, who is a poor household in Phu Luu quarter, Dong Ngan ward. He requested that the local authorities and mass organizations continue to pay attention for disadvantaged families, especially during the coming of the New Year.
