Deploying Plan to implement Bac Ninh Provincial Planning for 2021-2030 period, with vision to 2050
(BNP) - The Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 137/QD-UBND on approving the Plan to implement the Bac Ninh Provincial Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050.

The Plan aims to effectively implement Decision No. 1589/QD-TTg dated December 8, 2023 of the Prime Minister on approving the Planning of Bac Ninh province for the 2021 - 2030 period, with a vision to 2050 (referred to as the Provincial Planning). The province needs to develop a roadmap for organizing the implementation of programs and projects to effectively implement the goals, tasks and solutions set out in the Provincial Planning. It shall identify key contents, progress and resources for implementing programs and projects; develop policies and solutions to attract resources to implement the Provincial Planning.
According to the Plan, the province focuses on completing the system of planning and development mechanisms and policies. In particular, by 2025, it will review, establish and adjust urban and rural planning, technical and specialized planning in Bac Ninh province according to the provisions of specialized laws, ensuring consistency and synchronization with the approved provincial planning. It actively coordinates with the Central ministries, branches and localities in the Red River Delta to build and complete the region’s institutions, identify key and important projects that are meaningful in creating breakthroughs for the development of the region and the industry (the whole country).
Based on the national land use plans, national sectoral plans, provincial plans and national land use planning targets, Bac Ninh will develop and submit to competent authorities for approval of the Bac Ninh Provincial Land Use Plan for the 2021-2025 period and the Bac Ninh Provincial Land Use Plan for the 2026-2030 period to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Planning Law, the Land Law and relevant legal provisions. In case there are land use planning targets and investment planning orientation areas in previously approved plans that are different from the Provincial Planning, the implementation shall follow the land use targets and investment planning orientations of this Provincial Planning.
