Award 256 scholarships to disadvantaged students
(BNP) – In the morning of August 29th, Provincial Study Encouragement Association in coordination with Phoenix International Travel Development Co., Ltd held a Ceremony to award scholarships to disadvantaged students overcoming difficulties in learning in the province in 2018 - 2019 school year at Kinh Bac Cultural Center.

Over the past years, the Study Encouragement Association at all levels has always received attention and encouragement of the society, collectives and individuals to build study promotion funds from the village level to the provincial level with an aim to encouraging excellent teachers and students as well as awarding scholarships for students with disabilities and disadvantaged students overcoming difficulties in learning.
The Phoenix International Travel Development Co., Ltd Hoang has always accompanied by the poor students overcoming difficulties in learning in the province. This year, the company spent VND 320 million to 240 disadvantaged students overcoming difficulties in learning with scholarship worth VND 1 million each to poor-studious students and 16 students in especially difficult circumstances, worth VND 5 million each to students.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Quat, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and praised achievements of the Provincial Study Encouragement Association as well as thanked enterprises, collectives and individuals, especially the Phoenix International Tourism Development Co., Ltd. in social security work for the community.
In the coming time, the Permanent Deputy Secretary hoped that branches, sectors, mass organization, socio-political organizations, benefactors and enterprises continue to accompany by the Study Encouragement Association at all level to care for students in difficult circumstances.
