Bac Ninh city-level excellent Party cell Secretary contest kicks off

The Organizing Committee gives flowers to encourage the contestants.

Delegates attending and congratulating the contest were Mr. Phung Duc Chien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission; Mr. Ta Dang Doan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee.

The contest had 12 excellent candidates who passed the preliminary round; among which, 5 candidates were Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Quarter Party Cell; 7 candidates were Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Agency Party Cell.

Candidates competed in 3 rounds: Greeting; General knowledge, professional skills and situation handling and Presentation.

The contest is a broad political activity in the entire Party Committee, contributing to raising awareness and sense of responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members and the People about the position, role, functions and tasks of the Party Cell. It is also an opportunity to propagate, disseminate and put the Party's resolutions and directives, policies and laws of the State into practice. This is also a comprehensive, profound, useful and practical training for the Party Cell Secretaries, Party Committee members and Party members in the entire Party Committee on Party building work at the grassroots level, on skills to handle situations arising in practice at the grassroots level, experience, expertise and working methods of Party Cell Secretaries.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee will award 2 first, 2 second, 2 third, 6 consolation and 5 additional prizes to the candidates.
