Bac Ninh Province Age Group Swimming Championship 2024 held

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and sponsors present souvenir flags to units participating in the tournament.

This year's championship attracted more than 200 athletes from 8 districts, towns and cities. Athletes are divided into age groups: 7-8 years old, 9-10 years old, 11-12 years old, 13-14 years old, 15-17 years old, 18 years old and older and advanced group. They competed in contents: 50m freestyle for men and women; 100m freestyle for men and women; 200m freestyle for men and women; 100m backstroke for men and women; 100m male and female frog style; 200m male and female frog style...

The tournament aims to propagate the benefits and effects of swimming, and safety skills in the water environment and drowning prevention and control, thereby, contributing to gradually reducing drowning accidents in the community, especially children.

At the end of the Tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded First, Second, and Third prizes in each content to the outstanding athletes.
