Bac Ninh province strives to complete 65,180 social housing units in period 2025 – 2030

On April 3, 2023, the Prime Minister approved the Project "Investing in the construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income earners and industrial park workers in the period of 2021 - 2030".  The Project's goal is to create social and worker housing at costs that are affordable to middle- and low-income urban households, as well as workers and laborers in industrial parks and export processing zones.  By 2030, the total number of completed units in communities is estimated to be approximately 1,062,200.

The state encourages economic sectors to develop housing in order to create conditions for everyone to have accommodation based on the market mechanism, meeting all people's needs, while also implementing policies to support housing for social policy beneficiaries, low-income people, and the poor who face housing difficulties in order to contribute to political stability, ensure social security, and develop urban and rural areas in a civilized and modern direction.

In Decision No. 444/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister assigned the target of 995,445 apartments for localities to complete in the 2025 - 2030 period. Of which, 100,275 apartments will be completed in 2025, 116,347 apartments in 2026, 148,343 apartments in 2027, 172,402 apartments in 2028; 186,917 apartments in 2029 and 271,161 apartments in 2030.

Bac Ninh province is assigned to complete 65,180 apartments between 2025 and 2030.  Specifically, it will be 10,686 apartments in 2025, 6,000 apartments per year in 2026 and 2027, 13,000 apartments in 2028, 14,500 apartments in 2029, and 14,994 apartments in 2030.
