Bac Ninh wins 8 medals at international sports tournaments
(BNP) – At the 2022 Asian Youth & Junior Weightlifting Championships and 2022 Pencak Silat World Championships, Bac Ninh athletes won 8 medals (6 gold medals, 1 silver medal, 1 bronze medal).

The 2022 2022 Asian Youth & Junior Weightlifting Championships, taking place from July 15-25, in Uzbekistan, the Bac Ninh sports team won 7 medals (5 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze). Among which, athlete Do Tu Tung won 3 gold medals in the content of jerking, pushing (55kg class), Junior group; Bui Minh Dao won 2 gold medals, 1 silver medal in the content of jerking, pushing (49kg), the Youth age group; Hoang Thi Kim Oanh won a bronze medal in the juggling content (55kg class), in the Youth group.
At the 2022 Pencak Silat World Championships, taking place from July 21 to August 1, in Malaysia, athlete Nguyen Duy Tuyen excelled in bringing home the gold medal in the men's fighting event (85kg class).
