Chairman of Provincial People's Committee listens to the presentation about products at Hanwha Techwin Security Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Hanwha Techwin Security Co., Ltd. is a Korean enterprise which has invested in Que Vo Industrial Park since 2017, specializing in manufacturing electronic circuits, semiconductors, electronic chips, card scanners, especially security cameras with a total investment of USD 200 million; creating jobs for 650 workers with an average salary of 7-9 million VND/person/month. In 2018, the company's revenue reached VND 1,000 billion with 2.75 million products exported to the market.

In addition to manufacturing equipment, Hanwha Techwin Security has participated in conducting Smart city models in a few of provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hai Duong. The company has cooperated with Bac Ninh province to implement the component of Smart city building project including pilot installation of traffic surveillance cameras; automatic face detection; traffic sanctions at Ho bridge and Bac Ninh city’s gateways. In the coming time, it will work with Department of Information and Communication to set up more than 3,200 cameras in the province.

Mr. Chun DooHwan, Director of Hanwha Techwin Security expressed his gratitude to provincial leaders for creating a safe and convenient investment environment for the company and at the same time desired to receive more interests of provincial leaders and functional departments in removing difficulties and obstacles, thereby contributing more to the state budget and welfare activities of the province.

Congratulating achievements of the company, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Quynh wished, in the near future, Hanwha Techwin Security would continue to research and expand its business, to improve product quality, to well implement regulations related to corporate social responsibility, corporate culture, participate in contributing more to welfare activities of Vietnam in general and Bac Ninh in particular.

Bac Ninh’s leader requested Kinh Bac Urban Development Co. Ltd, the investor of Que Vo Industrial Park, to research and cooperate with Hanwa Techwin Security to soon deploy and install surveillance cameras to ensure security and traffic safety for workers of companies operating in Que Vo Industrial Park.

Chairman Nguyen Tu Quynh assigned Department of Information and Communication to coordinate with the company install the camera system of traffic and security in a synchronous manner with high efficiency, thereby contributing to speeding up the progress of building Smart city in the future.

With the motto that enterprises are the driving force of the province, the development of enterprises is equivalent to the development of Bac Ninh, provincial departments always facilitate and promptly solve difficulties for the company’s development, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee stressed.
