Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan resolves petition of Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company
(BNP) – On December 25, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee worked with departments, sectors and localities to resolve the petition of Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company (Dabaco Group).

At the meeting, Dabaco Group thanked the close guidance, active, timely and effective support of the leaders of Bac Ninh province for the Group's construction and development journey. In 2024, Dabaco reached revenue of over VND 25,000 billion. In addition, The Group has signed a Cooperation Agreement with Labiofarm Group, a leading biotechnology and pharmaceuticals enterprise in Cuba to carry out a variety of vital objectives, among which, cooperation in research and development of vaccines to prevent diseases for livestock.

Dabaco Group proposed that the Provincial People's Committee allow the transfer of an 8.37-hectare land plot in Lac Ve commune, Tien Du district, which is currently assigned to Dabaco to build a Vocational Training Center to build a Research and Development (R&D) Center, and a Vaccine Production Area; approve the Group's investment in Lac Ve Industrial Cluster in Lac Ve commune, Tien Du district; and relocate the Group's factories from Khac Niem Industrial Cluster to this location. Regarding the land parcel on Ly Thai To Street in Bac Ninh City, the Group suggested allowing investment in a high-rise building containing a commercial center, office, hotel, and residences for sale in accordance with Bac Ninh province's approved design.

Concluding the conference, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan acknowledged and praised Dabaco's production and business results as well as its contributions to the province's socio-economic development, especially in the field of high-tech agriculture.
Regarding the recommendations of Dabaco Group, Tuan requested Dabaco Group to study the naming of the R&D Center and the Vaccine Production Area to ensure compliance with the planning and land use plan, and to build a modern model of architectural landscape; assign the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Science and Technology to coordinate in appraising the content and technology; Tien Du district to completely clear the remaining area to hand over the land to the enterprise.

Regarding the proposal to build a housing and commercial service complex on Ly Thai To Street, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to follow the approved planning; assign the Department of Construction to guide the implementation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
