Delegation of Office of Hai Phong City People’s Committee visits and works in Bac Ninh
(BNP) – In the afternoon of August 2nd, Delegation of Office of Hai Phong City People’s Committee led by Mr. Tran Huy Kien, Deputy Chief of Office of City People’s Committee visited and worked in Bac Ninh to learn experiment for the implementation of one-stop shop mechanism in resolving administrative procedures in Bac Ninh.

Receiving and working with the Hai Phong’s delegation were Mr. Trinh Huu Hung, Chief of the Office of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Public Administration Center; Mr. Nguyen Kim Thanh, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee together with representatives from departments and units under the Provincial People's Committee Office.
At the meeting, participants of two localities exchanged and shared their experiences on the advantages and disadvantages related to Public Administrative Reform, especially, the experience of Bac Ninh province in establishing and effectively maintaining model of public administrative center at district level and one-stop-shop at commune level; application of information technology to settle administrative procedures ...
The Delegation highly appreciated Bac Ninh’s recent socio-economic development, especially the establishment of the Provincial Public Administration Center under the Provincial People's Committee and 8 District Public Administration Centers, creating an attractive investment environment, strongly promoting the localities’ socio-economic development.
Through the working session, the Delegation would learn valuable experiences in administrative reform, thereby, helping Hai Phong City to build Public Administration Center in the coming time.
Immediately after the working session, the Delegation visited the Provincial Public Administration Center.
