Establish craft village industrial cluster in Song Ho commune

Song Ho commune’s craft village industrial cluster covers an area of about 9.83 ha; the Southwest borders Song Ho hamlet; the Southeast borders on C10 drainage canal; the Northwest borders the service residential area; the Northeast borders Dong Ho hamlet.

Main activities consist of producing folk painting products; manufacturing painting paper materials; mechanical, carpentry industries, etc.

The infrastructure system of the industrial cluster includes traffic system, rainwater drainage system, waste drainage and treatment system, water supply system, system of power supply, communication, fire and explosion prevention and other services for investors to build factories producing goods, raw materials and other auxiliary materials.

Total investment of the project is expected to be more than VND 150 billion. It will be implemented from 2022 to 2023.
