Bac Ninh has now 4 provincial general hospitals, 06 specialized hospitals, 08 health centers in districts, town and city with a total of 3,815 hospital beds. Bac Ninh Health sector has 4,435 civil servants, officials, employees, including 970 doctors. In addition, there are more than 800 staffs and 1,796 population collaborators.

The medical stations in the province have 100% of doctors working. 100% of medical stations are solidified, 100% meet the national standards of health. The rate of malnourished children under 5 years old accounted for 9.8%; 98% of children under 1 year old are fully vaccinated. Extensive immunization and malnutrition prevention are well implemented, ensuring population and development goals.

126 communes, wards and townships achieve and maintain the national criteria on health associated with building a new countryside. The health sector also promotes medical examination and treatment under health insurance in medical stations associated with IT application; implements people's health management on electronic health record software at 126/126 medical stations. More than 1.1 million are installed on the system.
