Trinh Nguyen communal house worships the citadel Nam Dinh Dai Vuong, who had merits to help King Hung build and defend the country. Currently, the communal house still preserves the following items: Gate, Dai Dinh (Great Hall) building, and Emperor’s harem.

Every year, on the 10th day of the third lunar month, the communal house festival is opened to commemorate the merits of the ancestors. Trinh Nguyen's communal house was recognized as a national architectural and artistic relic by Decision No. 34-VH/QD dated January 9, 1990.
