Nearly 45,000 records received and resolved under “5 on-site” mechanism
(BNP) - In 2024, the Provincial Public Administration Center received 80,125 records on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System, of which 66,364 records were received online, reaching a rate of 82.83%.

The Center has resolved 74,417 records, reaching 92.88%, of which 74,107 records were resolved on time and before the deadline, reaching 99.58%; 445 records were overdue, accounting for 0.56% of the total number of records received; 11 units received and resolved administrative procedures according to the “5 on-site” mechanism with a total of 44,998 records.
In addition, the Center also promoted the implementation of solutions to improve the quality of providing and implementing online public services: the rate of people and businesses submitting online documents at the provincial level reached 82.83% (an increase of 28.09% compared to 2023), 12/17 units have an online receipt rate of over 90%; the digitization rate of provincial-level documents reached 97% with 40,886 electronic results attached to digitization, reaching 99%; 13/17 units have a digitization rate of documents reaching 100%; 22,743 online payment documents, reaching 73.98%.
The hotline system for answering administrative procedures operated scientifically and effectively. In 2024, the Center received 1,123 inquiries from citizens and businesses via phone, text message, email, fanpage. The Center promptly resolved all feedback and recommendations, creating the most favorable conditions for individuals and organizations.
