According to the Decision, covering on an area of 94.53 ha, the planning of an inland port and logistics service belongs to Phong Khe ward (Bac Ninh city) and Dong Phong commune (Yen Phong district). The northern of the project borders with the residents of Dong Xa village, Dong Phong commune and the sniffing dog training center - Custom Department; the South borders on Highway 18; the East borders with Provincial Road 295C as planned; the West borders on the housing and services area for officials and employees of Yen Phong Industrial Park.

Dry ports and logistics services are classified into functional areas, including: administrative and service areas; dry port area; logistics area; green area; integrated parking and roads.

System of warehouse, dry ports and logistics service centers are built in clusters, with warehouses, parking spaces for cargo vehicles. This is the main functional area of the logistics area, serving the storage, transit and distribution of goods.
