Provincial People's Committee announces the decision to establish administrative units

(BNP) - In the afternoon of November 3rd, Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish Bac Ninh Health College; Provincial Disease Control Center; Volleyball Training Center and to launch Kinh Bac Women's Volleyball Team.

At the ceremony, Director of Department of Home Affairs announced the establishment of Bac Ninh Health College; Provincial Centers for Disease Control. Accordingly, Bac Ninh Health College was established on the basis of upgrading Bac Ninh School of Health. Disease Control Center of Bac Ninh province is a public health service unit under the Department of Health including four subsidiary centers: Provincial Preventive Health Center; Reproductive Health Center; Center for HIV/AIDS; Center for Health Education and Communication and Environmental Health Protection.

Besides, the delegates were also witnessed the establishment of Provincial Volleyball Training Center under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

In the steering speech, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh stressed that after 20 years of re-establishment, Bac Ninh has so far developed into one of the most developed provinces in the country, leading to an important increase in its position and role in the country's development. In order to achieve these results, Bac Ninh province has implemented solutions to develop comprehensive areas over the past years such as improving synchronous and modern infrastructure; developing e-government and smart city, especially promoting administrative reform, streamlining agencies, implementing mergers and reductions of many provincial and district administrative units and so on.

The Chairman affirmed that the establishment of Bac Ninh Health College and Provincial Disease Control Center is aimed at improving the level of training and quality of human resources for the health sector, at well carrying out the work of preventive health, at meeting the needs of people's healthcare, at implementing administrative reform, at streamlining and reducing the clues of units at the same time.

Especially, the Provincial Volunteer Training Center coming into operation remarks an important step in building and developing high-achievement sport of the province. It not only contributes to raising the physical strength and stature of Bac Ninh people in the period of industrialization and modernization, to enhancing the cultural and spiritual life of the people, but also promotes the land, people, the image of a dynamic, developed Bac Ninh - Kinh Bac to a large number of friends in the country and all over the world.

Also at the ceremony, Kinh Bac Women's Volleyball Team was officially launched with 20 athletes and 03 coaches. Mr. Pham Van Long is assigned the head coach of the Team.
