Provincial People's Committee approves Project to adjust detailed construction planning of Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park

Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park is located in 2 communes: Tam Giang and Hoa Tien, Yen Phong district with a scale of over 151 hectares. It is invested by Western Pacific Infrastructure Joint Stock Company with a total investment capital of over 1,830 billion VND. The project's operation period is 50 years from the date of investment policy decision.

The Yen Phong II-A industrial park project will relocate the Dong village cemetery (NT01) in Tam Giang commune to the south, aligning traffic routes and land plot boundaries. Additionally, the traffic system in the southwest area of the industrial park will be reorganized to create a closed traffic system.

At the same time, the project adjusts the technical infrastructure system; builds connecting points between some residential roads and industrial park roads to satisfy the travel demands of Hoa Tien commune residents; and re-plans the distribution of parking lots in each region to meet the needs of users.

Adjust the direction of electricity lines, pipelines, and technical infrastructure system capacity in accordance with the changed content on landscape architectural space, land use, and traffic.

The power supply system of Yen Phong II-A Industrial Park is built as a 22kV power grid system with a combined ring and ray shape, branching out to give power to factories, service areas, and households in the planning area.  The overall adjusted power demand is around 199,153 kVA (the prior planning had it at 56,545 kVA, but the demand increased in response to the investor's proposal).
