Provincial Public Administrative Center: 100% of the dossiers are settled right and before the deadline
(BNP) - In the first 6 months of 2018, Provincial Public Administrative Center has received 11,135 dossiers of perform administrative procedure from organizations and citizens, resolving 10,106 dossiers, of which, 100% of the dossiers are settled right and before the deadline.
Citizens come to carry out administrative procedures at the Provincial Public Administration Center.
At present, the Provincial Public Administration Center is maintaining, well-implementing and receiving 1,237 administrative procedures of 19 agencies and units; 100% of administrative procedures are listed publicly, fully and accurately in order to facilitate organizations and individuals in looking up and resolving administrative procedures.
From October 2017, the Center has sent 4,065 messages, thereby, helping organizations and citizens actively arrange jobs to receive results. Besides, the Center’s staff also guided answered by telephone or online instructions for more than 600 organizations and citizens.
The Center collected fees and charges of over VND 4.3 billion. In addition, from February 2018, the Center has collected fees and charges in the form of self-printed receipts replacing paper receipt.
