Quan ho folk song singing program on boat themed "Melodies of the homeland".

Accordingly, the Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee requests the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to work with relevant agencies and units to organize the Quan ho folk song singing program on the boat and cultural activities on the evening of October 23, 2022 (Sunday), at the lake area of Nguyen Phi Y Lan Park, in front of the headquarters of the People's Council - Provincial People's Committee. The program is broadcast live on Bac Ninh Radio and Television Station.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development assumes organizes, displays, introduces and promotes OCOP products in Bac Ninh province at the area of Ly Thai To street (in front of the provincial library).

Bac Ninh City People's Committee organizes a number of cultural activities and street experiences in the area of Ly Thai To street and Nguyen Phi Y Lan Park (in front of the Provincial Museum and Library).

The Department of Health guides the disease prevention and control; arrange medical staff to be on duty in the area to promptly handle situations when necessary.

Provincial Public Security arranges forces to ensure security, order, traffic safety, and prevent fire and explosion during the activities.
