The Information of Zalo of Quick Response Team and members are publicized on Bac Ninh Portal and the Provincial Public Administration Center, Public administration at district level and Division of receiving and returning results at commune level.

Accordingly, people and businesses need to scan the QR code or search on the Zalo application to send reflections and recommendations to the authorities. At the same time, people and businesses can also search information for the policy environment, investment and local socio-economic events.

In order to timely ensure and accurate activities of the Team, the Provincial Institute for Socio-Economic Development Studys established 3 divisions to work with relevant departments, branches and localities to remove obstacles for people and business.

Until now, the Quick Response Team received and resolved more than 20 reflections and recommendations from people and businesses via the Zalo application.
