Secretary of Provincial Party Committee visited and presented gifts to revolutionary soldiers arrested by the enemy

(BNP) – On the occasion of Lunar New Year 2018, in the afternoon of February 7th, Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chien, Member of Party Central Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Head of Delegation of National Assembly Members visited provincial Association of revolutionary soldiers arrested by the enemy.

At present, there are nearly 600 revolutionary soldiers arrested and detained in the two anti-French and anti-American wars in the province. In wartime, they were steadfast fighters who refused to cooperate before the enemy's attack whips. Nowadays, the soldiers in the past still hold the spirit of the Ho Chi Minh President’s soldiers, which is not subdued with difficulties, rising up to develop family economics.

Visiting, delivering Tet gifts and extending Tet greetings to revolutionary soldiers arrested by the enemy, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Nhan Chien expressed deep gratitude to the contributions and sacrifices of revolutionary soldiers in the cause of national liberation, at the same time, wished them a prosperous, healthy New Year, always be a strong support for the younger generations.

Secretary of the PPC emphasized that revolutionary soldiers are the living witnesses of courage, patriotism, indomitable spirit, pride, and flame to inspire patriotism to the future generations of the country. In the coming time, the Secretary asked the relevant departments to pay attention and support the activities of the association of the revolutionary soldiers arrested by the enemy. He also wished the revolutionary soldiers to continue to promote the glorious tradition of the Ho Chi Minh President’s soldiers, propagate and encourage their off springs to study, work, actively give intellectual contributions to build the Bac Ninh homeland more developed.
