Striving for 2030, the province will welcome over 7 million tourists
(BNP) - Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 187 / KH-UBND to implement the Prime Minister's Decision on approving the Vietnam Tourism Development Strategy to 2030.

The Plan aims to create positive and strong changes, tourism development with fast and sustainable growth. Striving to 2030, the province will welcome and serve over 7 million tourists with a total revenue of about VND 10 trillion; complete and develop the tour system, routes, destinations, services, utilities, and tourism products; develop tourism infrastructure…, making Bac Ninh tourism become an important economic sector in the province's socio-economic development strategy as well as attractive cultural and ecological tourism of the Red River Delta region and the country.
Provincial People's Committee assigns Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with relevant departments and branches to propagate the Party and State's guidelines and policies with an aim to raising awareness and innovating the thinking of all levels, sectors and communities on tourism development.
The functional agencies continue to invest infrastructure, material and technical bases; upgrade, expand and create landscapes connecting tourist destinations in the province to create corridors and spaces to attract expanded tourism services; apply science and technology, develop information technology infrastructure system for tourism and smart tourism ecosystem…
Along with that, the units continue strengthening the linkage of tourism development inside and outside the province, cooperating with localities and businesses to connect Bac Ninh to the value chain of inter-provincial tourism products to diversify the market tourist of the province; building tourism product development programs in Bac Ninh province; improving the quality of tours, routes, tourist sites…
