Provincial People's Committee to take measures for tourism development

At the conference, representative from Asia Pacific International Travel Co., Ltd. introduced Kinh Bac spiritual tourism project on Cau River and Duong River with an aim to developing green tourism on both sides of the river, together with visits to cultural historical relics as part of the effort to improve the value of heritages in the province. Accordingly, 10 sightseeing locations will be built in 3 districts and Bac Ninh city to connect famous relics with each other such as Ba Chua Kho Temple, Diem village, Ly Thuong Kiet Temple, Kinh Duong Vuong Tomb. Each location consists of a 5-star marina surrounded by eco-tourism area. With total investment of about VND 3,750 billion, once the project comes into operation, it is expected to attract about 1 million domestic and foreign tourists to Bac Ninh.

Delivering the speech at the conference, Permanent Vice Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan appreciated the idea of the Asia Pacific International Travel Co., Ltd. At present, the Company’s proposed project is consistent with the province's development policy of increasing the proportion ò trade and service, he said.

He urged the Company to clearly define the roadmap as well as investment scale specific period. On the other hand, the relevant departments and branches are responsible for working with the Company to survey the field, inland waterway pots, make land use planning, incentive policies etc., for the early implementation of the project to develop the high-end tourism in the province as a result.
