Bac Ninh ranks 9th nationwide in terms of economic scale

(BNP) - In 2024, with a growth rate of 6.03%, the economic scale of GRDP (at current prices) of the province reached more than VND 232 trillion, ranking 9th in the country.

The economic structure of regions is gradually shifting towards the service sector. Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishery was 3.02%; Industry and Construction was 70.3%; and Service was 22.34% (the economic structure in 2023 was 2.88%, 71.92%, and 20.71%).

The GRDP in 2024 reached more than VND 136 trillion.

Average GRDP per capita was estimated at VND 150.5 million per person. Labor productivity at current prices was estimated at VND 293.9 million per worker.
