Bac Ninh removes obstacles in bidding for investor selection and auction of land use rights in October Special Entrepreneurs Meeting

Speaking at the opening, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan sent his best wishes to the business community and entrepreneurs on the occasion of the 20^th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day on behalf of the provincial leaders. He hoped that businesses and entrepreneurs would always be full of energy, reap many successes and contribute more positively to the locality’s socio-economic development.

Tuan also emphasized that in recent years, enterprises in the province have been affirming their core and pioneering role, actively contributing to the construction and development of the local economy and society.

He also said that Bac Ninh province is making every effort to create flexible and clear institutions and laws, creating favorable conditions for businesses and investors in production and business activities.

With the message “Ready procedures - Successful projects”, the Chairman wished that businesses and investors would actively give their opinions to discuss and share understanding and ways of doing things to ensure the fastest possible progress to bring the project to success, bringing benefits to the businesses themselves as well as the province.

At the event, the leaders of the Department of Planning and Investment, and the Department of Justice informed the provisions of Decree No. 07 of the Provincial People's Council and Decision No. 18/2024/QD-UBND dated August 21, 2024.

Concluding the program, Chairman Tuan affirmed that Bac Ninh province always accompanies businesses, accordingly it will strive to improve the investment and business environment in the area to create the most favorable conditions for businesses to develop on the basis that Bac Ninh will create the most transparent and clear legal framework.

“Although the mechanism is more open, it is also much stricter than before. Enterprises that want to develop must rely on the brand building and capacity of the investor. To participate in auction and bidding projects, enterprises must first have real capacity and meet the requirements. The province’s viewpoint is to create the most favorable conditions for enterprises”, Tuan stressed.
