Bac Ninh University of Physical Education and Sports starts 2018-2019 academic year

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Le Khanh Hai, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Mr. Nguyen Huu Quat, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of provincial departments and sectors, Tu Son town and all teachers and students of the University.

In the academic year of 2017 – 2018, Bac Ninh University of Physical Education and Sports has awarded Ph.D. degrees to 7 graduate students, 165 master's degree students, 480 full-time bachelor's degree… Besides, the University also issued certificates for 63 main trainers, 89 trainers and 6 guides and so on. At national and international competitions, the University won 126 medals (including 09 international medals) and sent 12 athletes for the National Team.

In the new school year 2018 - 2019, collective of teachers, pupils, students and athletes would continue promoting the emulation movement "good teaching - good learning - good service" in order to celebrate the 60th anniversary of school’s establishment; maintaining the training scale from 800 to 1000 targets, raising the training quality and expanding specialized training disciplines and short-term training courses..., thereby, striving to build the University become a national key university by 2020.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Khanh Hai, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism praised and highly appreciated outstanding achievements of the University.

He urged the University to continue renewing the enrollment method, actively promoting and introducing the school's activities to attract the society's interest in the school as well as improving the quality of training and changing teaching and learning methods to meet the needs of the society.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism awarded certificates of merit to individuals and collectives with outstanding achievements in the 2017-2018 school year. Bac Ninh University of Physical Education and Sports gave certificates of merit to students and athletes with high achievements in learning and competition.
