Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan inspects progress of projects and selects key projects to start construction to welcome Party Congress of Luong Tai district
(BNP) - On December 5, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected a number of projects to speed up disbursement progress in Luong Tai district.

Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan directly inspected the construction progress of the Thua urban wastewater treatment system project in Luong Tai district and the investment project to build the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Luong Tai district, which was invested by the Management Board of Construction Projects of Luong Tai district.
The Thua urban wastewater treatment system project in Luong Tai district began in December 2021, with a treatment capacity of 3,000 m3/day and night and a total investment of around VND 246 billion. To date, the wastewater treatment plant has completed 95% of the volume; the collecting pipeline and route work have reached 78% of the volume; and the project has disbursed VND 151 billion, or 61%.

The investment project to build the headquarters of the Luong Tai District Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee has a total investment of VND 179 billion. Construction started in April 2020, and the project has been delayed for 2 years due to the contractor's inadequate capacity. Currently, the project has finished 96% of its volume and disbursed more than VND 100 billion, reaching 64%. The investor is focusing on completing the remaining work, striving to complete the projects and put it into operation no later than December 31, 2024.
