Conference on implementing Land Law, Housing Law, and Real Estate Business Law held
(BNP) – On October 8, Deputy Prime minister Tran Hong Ha chaired a national online conference on the implementation of the Land Law, Housing Law, and Real Estate Business Law.

Mr. Dao Quang Khai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended the conference at Bac Ninh’s venue.
The Land Law, Housing Law, and Real Estate Business Law were passed by the National Assembly on June 29, 2024, and took effect from August 1, 2024. The Government together with localities has developed and issued synchronous documents under the authority of 15 Decrees and 02 Decisions of the Prime Minister on the implementation of the above Laws. Up to now, 50/63 provinces and cities have issued some documents detailing the implementation of the Land Law. However, no locality has issued all the legal documents under its authority. Some localities have not issued any documents for implementation.
After 2 months of implementation, with the new regulations of the Land Law, the initial results showed that the new policies have brought about effectiveness such as decentralization, delegation of authority on land use conversion, land recovery, land price determination, issuance of land use right certificates... have created consensus among the majority of people, the business community and unity among agencies from central to local levels.
At the conference, localities pointed out the causes and responsibilities for the delay in issuing decisions under their authority; the mobilization of land resources, the operation of the real estate market; the implementation of housing mechanisms and policies; the difficulties and obstacles that need to be resolved, and developed policies to create a complete and synchronous legal corridor and effectively implement the implementation of laws.
Concluding at the conference, the Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated the efforts of ministries, branches, localities, associations, enterprises, etc. in developing decrees, decisions, and circulars to put laws into practice.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested localities to urgently develop and complete the promulgation of documents implementing the Land Law, Housing Law, and Real Estate Business Law, meeting the extremely urgent and necessary requirements of life to remove difficulties and introduce better policies. Along with that, they well-prepare the conditions for effective implementation of the 2024 Land Law, especially preparing resources, information infrastructure, land database to build land price tables according to regulations, with impact assessment, close coordination between relevant agencies, he added.
He also asked ministries and sectors to support localities in removing and resolving difficulties and problems in the process of drafting documents and implementing laws.
