Delegation of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee works in Bac Ninh
(BNP) - In the morning of September 20th, a delegation of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee headed by Mr. Dinh Van Nha, Vice Chairman of the Committee had a meeting with the Provincial People's Committee on implementing the state budget estimates in 2019 and making the state budget estimates in 2020.

In 2019, Bac Ninh province has mobilized and flexibly used resources, implemented financial and state budget solutions in order to stabilize the macro-economy, create favorable conditions for production and business development, promote growth, ensure social security and improve the people’s life and spirit. By the end of July 2019, the provincial total state budget revenue and local budget expenditure reached VND 18,393 billion, reaching 67% of the estimate and VND 10,699 billion VN, equaling 60.4% of the estimate, respectively.
Estimated socio-economic situation in 2020, the province has built an estimation state budget revenue of VND 29,328 billion and local budget expenditure of VND 19,082 billion.
At the meeting, members of the delegation and participates exchanged and discussed a number of issues related to the collection of outstanding tax debts; the work of inspection, control and prevention of revenue loss; solutions to reduce frequent expenditure and increase investment development expenditure; disbursement progress of capital sources; financial mechanism, financial autonomy of public non-business units and so on.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee briefed on the province’s socio-economic development situation in the past time with many leading indicators nationwide. The industrial production value ranked the first; export turnover, GRDP per capita ranked the second; foreign investment attraction ranked the 6th; economy size ranked the 7td; budget revenue ranked the 9th nationwide ... Especially, 2019 is the 6th year that Bac Ninh province self-balances its budget and contributes to the central budget.
The Chairman hoped that the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee to create conditions and help Bac Ninh continue to develop and soon complete criteria, thereby, making the province into a centrally-run city in 2022
Speaking the conclusion at the working session, Mr. Dinh Van Nha, Vice Chairman of the the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee highly appreciated the results of the implementation of state budget revenue and expenditure tasks of the province.
