The province ranked among the top 10 provinces nationwide in terms of educational movement and exam results for Universities and Colleges; facilities are invested in the direction of modernization; the percentage of national standard schools reached 96.7%. the "School Milk Program" are deployed in 100% of kindergarten and grades 1,2,3,4 at the primary level.

8 swimming pools completed and put into operation; 16 new swimming pools are building for primary, secondary and high schools in districts, town and city.

The quality of Bac Ninh’s comprehensive education is maintained at a high level and considered as a bright spot in the country. In the 2018-2019 school year, Bac Ninh’s education sector, more than 1.7 thousand of staffs and teachers met standard with rate of 100%, 85.3% of staffs and teachers reached above the standard; At the National High School Exam 2018, Bac Ninh remained in the top nationwide with the graduation rate of 99.15%.
