More than 1,300 enterprises newly established
(BNP) - According to the report of the Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 7 months of 2019, the province issued Business Registration Certificates to 1,322 enterprises with a total registered capital of more than VND 13,781 billion, among which, the rate of online business registration reached 58.04%.

The province issued the registration to establish branches, representative offices and business locations for 368 affiliated units. Besides, the province has performed dissolution procedures for 126 enterprises and 79 affiliated units. 370 enterprises and 41 affiliated units were registered suspension of operation.
Also in 7 months, the province had 272 enterprises and 09 affiliated units operating again; 148 enterprises converted their operations.
In July, 208 enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of over VND 1,610 billion; 68 affiliated units were issued registration to establish branches, representative offices and business locations 25 enterprises were converted their forms; 17 businesses and 19 units were dissolved.
Until now, the province issued Business Registration Certificates to 15,481 enterprises and 2,965 affiliated units. Of which, there are 15,007 enterprises with a total charter capital of more than VND 226,148 billion and 2,918 affiliated units operating.
