More than 1,500 enterprises newly established
(BNP) - According to the report of the Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 8 months of 2019, the province issued Business Registration Certificates to 1,532 enterprises with a total registered capital of more than VND 15,300 billion.

The province issued the registration to establish branches, representative offices and business locations for 441 affiliated units. 140 enterprises and 110 affiliated units were dissolved; 411 enterprises and 44 affiliated units were registered suspension of operation; 293 enterprises and 10 affiliated units were operated again.
In August, 210 enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of over VND 1,519 billion; 73 affiliated units were issued registration to establish branches, representative offices and business locations.
By the end of August 20th 2019, there were 15,407 enterprises in operation with a total registered capital of more than VND 230,057 billion. Among which, 530 private businesses; 8,217 One Member Limited Liability Company; 4,372 Limited Liability Companies with 2 or more members; 2,288 Joint Stock Companies. The province also granted operation certificates to 2,960 branches, representative offices and business locations.
