More than 1,700 enterprises newly established
(BNP) According to report of the Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 9 months of 2020, 1,756 enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of more than VND 17,192 billion with an increase of 2.3% in the number of enterprises and 3.8% in registered capital compared with same period of last year; average registered capital per newly established enterprise was VND 9.8 billion.

In 9 months, 158 enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of more than VND 1,593 billion; average registered capital per newly established enterprise was VND 10.1 billion. Among which, the rate of online business registration dossiers reached 99.18%, ranking 5th nationwide.
Also in 9 months, the province issued the registration to establish branches, representative offices and business locations for 554 affiliated units. Besides, the province has performed dissolution procedures for 175 enterprises and 211 affiliated units; 230 enterprises converted their operation; 587 enterprises and 96 affiliated units registered suspension of operation; 337 businesses and 46 affiliated units registered to operate again.
Until now, there are 17,659 enterprises in operation in the province with total registered capital of more than VND 266,673 billion. The average registered capital per newly established enterprise reached VND 15.1 billion. Among which, there were 524 private enterprises, 9,709 One Member Limited Liability Companies, 4,799 Limited Liability Companies with Two or More Members and 2,626 joint-stock companies; 01 partnership.
