Provincial leaders offer incense at the statue of Le Quang Dao.

Participants at the event were Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Chung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Permanent People’s Council, the People's Committee, the Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly deputies; leaders of Departments, branches and mass organizations of the province; Tu Son city with relatives of Le Quang Dao.

Le Quang Dao, real name Nguyen Duc Nguyen, was born on August 8, 1921, in Dinh Bang Commune, now Dinh Bang Ward of Tu Son City (Bac Ninh Province). From 1937 to 1938, he actively participated in patriotic activities in the youth movement. At the age of 19, he was admitted to the Indochinese Communist Party.

With more than 60 years of revolutionary activities, Le Quang Dao set himself as a shining example of a moral and talented leader, and an outstanding communist who made tremendous contributions to Vietnamese revolution, and especially his hometown in Bac Ninh province.

Studying and following the example of Le Quang Dao, the Party Committee and people of Bac Ninh province vowed to uphold the revolutionary tradition, unite and unify, overcome difficulties, promote patriotic emulation movements, successfully realize the goals and tasks of the 13th National Party Congress, the 20th Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress, Party Congress at all levels, term 2020 - 2025 set out, build Bac Ninh province more and more rich, beautiful and civilized.
