Provincial leaders visit, inspect and request units to focus on speeding up progress of large urban area projects, social housing, and commercial services

Joining the delegation were Mr. Dao Quang Khai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of departments, sectors and localities.

Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan and his delegation inspected the Bac Ninh Hotel project, which is part of the 5-star Trade Center, Apartment and Hotel Complex project in Suoi Hoa Ward (Bac Ninh City), and was invested by Suoi Hoa Urban Development and Investment Company Limited. It is expected that the investor will complete the construction in 2024, prepare for operation in the first quarter of 2025 and open in the second quarter of 2025. When completed, the hotel will have 31 floors and 265 5-star rooms.

Directly inspecting the construction site, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan requested that the investor to continue to focus on human and material resources, speed up the construction progress, ensure occupational safety and hygiene, construction quality and progress as planned and coordinate with the Bac Ninh city authority to connect and complete the infrastructure system and landscape of the surrounding area, creating synchronization and modernity.

The Chairman visited and inspected the construction site of the Social Housing Project under the Que Vo New Urban Area Infrastructure Investment Project (Que Vo Town). He praised the investor's initiative as well as the project’s meticulous and scientific implementation. After 2 months of construction, the investor (Tung Bach Company Limited) has been synchronously constructed all 4 buildings, ensuring that the current progress is guaranteed compared to the committed plan.

He requested the relevant departments coordinate and create favorable conditions for loans for investors to implement the project. He also demanded that the investor organize the construction in a safe manner and ensure progress as committed. Que Vo town is interested in ensuring the best construction conditions, especially security and safety. When the project is completed, it must be sold and leased to the right subjects according to the provisions of law.

Also that morning, the Chairman visited the Hong Hac - Xuan Lam Eco-Urban Area Construction Investment Project, which was invested by the Joint Stock Company of the Trade Union of the Industrial and Commercial Bank with an area of ​​over 198 hectares. Up to now, the project has been handed over 197.6 hectares of land; the investor has basically completed the construction of the project’s main technical infrastructure items, reaching a rate of about 91%.

Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan affirmed that this is an important project in the development, creating a highlight for the Bac Ninh urban system while also promoting the province’s socio-economic development. He urged the investor to speed up the progress of investment phases and pay attention to constructing social housing and public welfare projects to complete the infrastructure as well as serving residents both inside and outside the project.
