(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just signed Decision No. 455/QD-UBND approving the detailed planning task of the Korea-Vietnam Bac Giang College of Technology.

The establishment of the detailed planning of the Korea-Vietnam Bac Giang College of Technology aims to concretize the approved zoning and district planning, as a basis for investment and construction to meet the increasing training needs of the school in the coming time.
According to the Decision, the planning area of the Vietnam - Korea Bac Giang College of Technology is located in Bac Giang ward and Tan Dinh commune, Bac Ninh province, with an area of 97,481.6 m2. This is planned to be a vocational college with full facilities and modern equipment to meet the learning needs of workers and the training needs of enterprises to create a source of skilled and highly qualified human resources to supply to industrial parks and clusters in the province.
It is expected that by 2030, the number of training occupations at the School will increase from 42 to 64, an increase of 50% compared to 2024; including 22 college-level occupations, 15 intermediate-level occupations, and 27 elementary-level occupations. The training scale will increase from 2,760 students to 7,430 students, an increase of 37.15% compared to 2024.
The current status of the area for detailed planning has fully constructed all construction items according to the approval decisions of the Provincial People's Committee, including: Practice workshop; canteen; auditorium; electronics and information technology building; lecture hall; multi-purpose building; public service building; dormitory and classroom buildings; green area, sports and physical training area; traffic system, technical infrastructure and auxiliary works.
The planning organization is the Vietnam - Korea Bac Giang College of Technology. The appraisal agency is the Department of Construction. The approval agency is the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province. The time for detailed planning is no more than 40 days according to the provisions of law (excluding the appraisal and approval time)./.
