(BNP) – On the morning of May 18, at Luxshare - ICT Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Quang Chau Industrial Park, Mr. Tran Huy Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission, visited and presented gifts to union members and workers on the occasion of Workers’ Month 2026, and attended the “Trade Union Meal” program.

Luxshare-ICT (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., a company operating in the electronics manufacturing sector, currently employs nearly 20,000 workers with an average income of over VND 9 million per person per month. The company fully implements all insurance and welfare benefits.

Speaking at the program, Deputy Secretary Tran Huy Phuong expressed his pleasure at personally attending and sharing a meal with the workers. He acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of the workforce, which have played an important role in the development of both the enterprise and the local economy. He also encouraged the company to continue paying greater attention to implementing policies and regulations, while improving the material and spiritual well-being of employees. At the same time, he affirmed that Bac Ninh province will always accompany and support businesses, remaining ready to listen to and promptly address difficulties and obstacles in order to facilitate production and business activities

The Deputy Secretary requested trade unions at all levels to continue caring for, supporting, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. At the same time, he encouraged workers to further improve their professional skills and sense of discipline, while maintaining safe and efficient working practices.

Within the framework of the program, the delegation presented 150 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, contributing to motivating and supporting workers to overcome difficulties and feel secure in their work and production.
