(BNP) - On the morning of October 13, a working delegation from Hai Phong city led by Mr. Pham Van Lap, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City Fatherland Front Committee, visited, encouraged and supported the people of Bac Ninh province to overcome the damage caused by storms and floods.

Receiving the delegation of Hai Phong city were Mrs. Nguyen Thi Huong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ha, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
On behalf of the Hai Phong City Party Committee, government and people, Deputy Secretary Pham Van Lap presented VND 3 billion to the Bac Ninh Provincial Relief Fund. This gift contributes to helping people in areas damaged by storms and floods quickly restore production and stabilize their lives.

He hoped that households in areas affected by storms and floods in Bac Ninh province would continue to promote the spirit of "mutual love and support", focus on overcoming the consequences, and soon return to normal activities after the storms and floods.

Receiving the support, Standing Deputy Secretary Nguyen Thi Huong thanked the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Phong city for their good feelings for Bac Ninh province. She expressed that the cooperation and contribution of Hai Phong city demonstrated the spirit of "mutual love and support", contributing to strengthening the solidarity and connection between the two localities.
The leaders receive financial support from the Hai Phong City Labor Confederation.
Also on this occasion, the Hai Phong City Labor Confederation donated VND 150 million to support the people of Bac Ninh province to overcome damage caused by storms and floods.
