Approving planning project of Thuan Thanh I Industrial Park
(BNP) - Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 538/QD-UBND approving the planning project of construction zoning of Thuan Thanh I Industrial Park (IP), scale of 1/2,000, Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province.

According to the Decision, the plan covers on an area of about 262.71 ha in Nghia Dao, Tram Lo and Ninh Xa communes. Among which, the area of the IP is about 249.75 hectares, the cemetery area is about 7.71 hectares and the land to be returned for the irrigation canal system is about 5.25 hectares. This will be a clean, environmentally friendly IP. IP prioritizes electronics, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, supporting industries, new materials, and equipment manufacturing.

Thuan Thanh I IP is built in the direction of modernization and clean industry to promote economic development of Thuan Thanh district and Bac Ninh province, as a legal basis for IP’s investment and construction project management as planned.
Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee assigns Thuan Thanh District People's Committee in coordination with relevant units to publicize the planning, set up planning landmarks in the field. Provincial Industrial Zones Authority completes procedures to submit to authorities.
