- To take general responsibility and be responsible for leadership and operation of Office of the Provincial People’s Committee, ensure the operation of the Provincial People’s Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee. 

- To monitor the agencies: the Provincial Military Headquarter; the Provincial Public Security; Department of Home Affairs; Department of Justice; Provincial Inspectorate; Department of Construction; Department of Transport; Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Department of Natural Resources and Environment;  Provincial Industrial Zones Authority, Fund for Land Development, Bac Ninh Water Supply and Sewerage one member Company limited;... and associations assigned to monitor.

- To advise Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee to issue monthly and yearly work program, announce the conclusions of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, keep in touch with the Provincial Permanent People's Council, the Delegation of National Assembly Members, the Provincial People's Procuracy, the Provincial People's Court, and committees, agencies of the Party, Fatherland Front Committee and the mass organizations.

- To monitor Yen Phong, Thuan Thanh and Que Vo districts.

- To directly be in charge of personnel organization, emulation and reward of the Division of Administration - Organization, Bac Ninh Portal, Division of Foreign Affairs; be an account holder of the Office.

2. Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People’s Committee

- To monitor Tien Du district, Luong Tai district and Bac Ninh city.

- To perform other tasks assigned by the Chief of Office.

3. Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People’s Committee

- To be in charge of Board for settlement of complaints and denunciations of the people

- To perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief of the Office

4. Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People’s Committee

Tasks

- Assist the Chief of Office in supervising and advising the Provincial People's Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee on their work in the areas of planning, investment, finance, and budget.

- Assist the Chief of Office in maintaining a list of the following departments and units: the Department of Planning and Investment; the Financial Department; the Department of Taxation; the State Treasury; the Department of Statistics; the Socio-Economic Development Research Institute; businesses and associations in the field of the assignment to monitor, Keep in touch with the Provincial People's Council, Office of the Provincial Party Committee, and Office of the Delegation of National Assembly  Deputies.

- In charge of the Provincial People's Committee's weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and irregularly working programs as well as statistics, synthesis, and reporting.

- In charge of the departments for administration-organization and administration-finance; perform other tasks as given by the chief of office. permission to control the agency's account.

- To monitor: Yen Phong district and Thuan Thanh district

II. Divisions of the Provincial People's Committee Office:

1. Internal Affairs Divison:

1.1. Mr. Nguyen Van Thuong – Secretary of Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee

- To directly assist the Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee; synthesis and report; monitor, urge and summarize the performance of tasks under the direction of the Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee.

- To monitor agencies and fields: Provincial Inspectorate; Department of Home Affairs, Provincial Public Administrative Center, the settlement of complaints and denunciations; administrative violations.

- To monitor Bac Ninh city

1.2. Mr. Nguyen Binh Duong  – Expert

- General responsibility, synthesizing thematic reports, weekly, monthly, yearly reports... of the Department;

- To monitor agencies, units, fields: Department of Home Affairs, Department of Justice, Provincial Public Administration Center; Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, Bar Association, Associations in the assigned monitoring field.

- To maintain contact with Party Committees and agencies in the assigned monitoring field

- To monitor locality: Bac Ninh City

1.3 Mr. Vu Ba Anh Linh - Expert

- To monitor agencies, units, and fields: Provincial Police, Provincial Military Command, Provincial Inspectorate; citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement;

- To maintain contact with the Provincial People's Court, Provincial People's Procuracy, Party Committees, agencies, Provincial Veterans Association, and associations in the assigned monitoring fields.

- To monitor locality: Luong Tai district

2. General Economics Division

2.1. Ms. Nguyen Thi Que Chi – Expert

- To be responsible to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Office of the People's Committee about the assigned tasks.

-  To monitor agencies: Financial Department; Development Fund; Bac Ninh Province Socio-Economic Development Research Institute; Department of Statistic; Bao Viet Insurance; Life insurance; Bac Ninh Lottery One Member Co., Ltd; associations and enterprises in the field of assignment of monitoring.

- To monitor Bac Ninh city

2.2 Ms. Nguyen Minh Hue – Expert

- To be responsible to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Office of the People's Committee about the assigned tasks.

-  To monitor agencies: Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Science and Technology; Department of Taxation; State Treasury; Bac Ninh Customs; Bac Ninh Market Management Department; Hebei Regional State Archives; State Bank and commercial banks; Development banks; Bank for Social Policy and credit funds; associations and enterprises in the field of assignment of monitoring.

- To monitor Tu Son city

2.3. Bui Van Huan – Expert

- To be responsible to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Office of the People's Committee about the assigned tasks.

-  To monitor agencies Department of Planning and investment; Land Development Fund; maintain contact with the Office of the Provincial Party Committee, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council.

-  To monitor Luong Tai district

3. Industry – Basic Construction Division

3.1. Mr. Dinh Doan Minh – Expert

- To monitor agencies, units, and fields: Department of Construction (except for the fields: Construction investment activities, Technical infrastructure, Offices, Construction materials), Bac Ninh Urban Development Area Management Board, associations, and enterprises in the assigned monitoring fields.

- To examine investment projects in the fields of housing, urban development, and advise on related contents.

- To monitor locality: Thuan Thanh District.

3.2. Mr. Trinh Van Hai – Expert

- To be responsible to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Office of the People's Committee about the assigned tasks.

- To monitor agencies: Department of Construction (excluding planning and architecture), Bac Ninh Urban Development Area Management Board; Bac Ninh Water Supply and Sewerage one member company limited,  Bac Ninh environment and urban works one member company limited

- To monitor Thuan Thanh district

3.3 Mr. Vu Tuan Linh - Expert

- To monitor agencies, units, and fields: Department of Science and Technology, Department of Information and Communications (Except for Information - Press - Publishing), Bac Ninh Telecommunications, Bac Ninh Provincial Post Office, Digital Transformation, Fields under the functions and tasks of the Department of Construction, including: Construction investment activities, Technical infrastructure, Offices, Construction materials, Urban and rural clean water; Bac Ninh Clean Water Joint Stock Company, Bac Ninh Drainage and Wastewater Treatment Joint Stock Company; associations and enterprises in the assigned monitoring fields

- To examine investment projects in the fields of science and technology, Posts and Telecommunications, IT, digital transformation; basic construction investment projects, urban and rural clean water; advise on clean water unit prices, wastewater treatment and advise on related contents.

- To monitor locality: Tien Du District

4. Agricultural – Natural Resources and Environment Division:

4.1. Mr. Nguyen Huy Tan – Expert

- General responsibility, synthesizing thematic reports, weekly, monthly and annual reports of the Department;

- To monitor agencies, units and fields: Department of Natural Resources and Environment (except for the field of Land Management), Bac Ninh Urban Environment and Construction Joint Stock Company, associations and enterprises in the assigned monitoring fields.

- To review documents and projects in the field of water and mineral exploitation submitted by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, unit prices for waste treatment in the province and advising on related contents

-To monitor locality: Thuan Thanh District.

4.2. Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam – Expert

- To monitor agencies, units, and fields: Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, collective economic sector under the Department of Planning and Investment, Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, Union of Cooperatives, Nam Duong Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited, Bac Duong Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited, associations and enterprises in the assigned monitoring fields; maintain contact with the Provincial Farmers' Association.

- To examine investment projects in the fields of agriculture and irrigation and advise on related contents.

- To monitor locality: Tien Du District.

4.3. Mr. Nguyen Huu Tai – Expert

- To monitor agencies, units, and fields: Land management under the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; coordinate with the Department of Internal Affairs, the Citizen Reception Committee of Bac Ninh province to monitor and resolve complaints and denunciations related to land; associations and enterprises in the assigned fields of monitoring.

- To examine investment projects outside industrial parks and advise on related contents.

- To monitor locality: Yen Phong district.

5. Cultural – Social Division:

5.1. Mr. Hoang Van Thai – Expert

- To be responsible to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Office of the People's Committee about the assigned tasks.

- To monitor agencies: Department of Education and Training; cultural sector of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Nguyen Van Cu Political School

- To monitor Que Vo district

5.2. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh – Expert

- To be responsible to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Office of the People's Committee about the assigned tasks.

- To monitor agencies: Radio and Television Station; sports, tourism, housing sectors of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Kinh Bac Culture Center; the business units in the fields assigned to monitor.

- To monitor Gia Binh district

5.3. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung – Expert

- To be responsible to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of the Office of the People's Committee about the assigned tasks.

- To monitor agencies: Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; Department of Health; Provincial Social Insurance; National Target Programs; Associations under the field of assignment.

- To monitor Que Vo district.

6. Leaders, officials, civil servants, employees of units:

Provincial Board for settlement of complaints and denunciations of the people, Bac Ninh Portal, the Publications Center, the Division of Administration and Organization, the Division of Finance have their own regulation. The specific tasks of officials, civil servants, or employees shall be assigned by the units' leaders.
