Bac Ninh approves 167 projects to attract investment in 2024, orientation to 2030

Bac Ninh will attract 83 projects in housing and urban areas in 2024, orientation to 2030.

The Provincial People's Committee approved the list of projects to attract investment in Bac Ninh province in 2024, orientation to 2030 including 167 projects, with an area of ​​about 11,638 hectares.

Among which, 05 projects are in the agricultural sector; 36 projects in the field of trade and services; 83 projects in the field of housing and urban areas; 27 social housing projects; 12 projects in the field of infrastructure of industrial zones and clusters; 4 projects in the fields of sports, culture, clean water, and environment.

Divided by area, Bac Ninh city has 43 projects; Tu Son city has 09 projects; Que Vo town has 28 projects; Thuan Thanh town features 21 projects; Tien Du district includes 15 projects; Yen Phong district consists of 19 projects; Gia Binh district covers 15 projects; and Luong Tai district contains 12 projects. 5 projects are located in 02 district-level localities.
