Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee holds symposium on zoning planning projects

At the meeting, the consulting unit presented the content of 13 1/2,000 scale zoning planning, including: Sub-zone No. 1 (Hoa Tien - Tam Giang, Yen Phong district); Sub-zone No. 2 (Cho - Trung Nghia - Yen Phu - Van Mon - Dong Tho, Yen Phong district); Sub-zone No. 3 (Adjusted project of the Northeast area of ​​Cho, Yen Phong district); Sub-zone No. 4 (Tam Da - Dung Liet area, Yen Phong district); Sub-zone No. 5 (Eastern area of ​​Yen Phong district); Sub-zone No. 24 (Northwest area of ​​Cho town, Yen Phong district); Sub-zone No. 25 (Southeast area of ​​Cho town, Yen Phong district); Sub-zone No. 7 (Tam Son - Tuong Giang area, Tu Son city); Sub-zone No. 10 (Dai Dong - Tri Phuong area, Tien Du district); Sub-zone No. 19 (Central area of ​​expanded Pho Moi, Que Vo town); Sub-zone No. 20 (Dai Xuan - Nhan Hoa area, Que Vo town); Sub-zone No. 21 (Que Tan - Viet Hung area, Que Vo town); Sub-zone No. 32 (Bac Ninh province's concentrated information technology park). At the same time, he reported the task of adjusting the general planning of Ho urban and its vicinity.

Provincial leaders and departments, branches, and localities highly appreciated and agreed with the content of the zoning planning projects. At the same time, they contributed comments and added some related contents: the updating of the latest instructions of provincial leaders on infrastructure, architectural landscape, security and defense land, electricity and water sources serving semiconductor chip factories; the planning of concentrated slaughterhouses for livestock and poultry, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan affirmed that the establishment of zoning planning projects is a major policy, receiving attention and direction from the provincial leaders. He also acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the Steering Committee, the Provincial Planning Appraisal Council, and the efforts of the departments, branches, localities, and consulting units in establishing zoning planning projects.

The Secretary noted that consulting units need to continue reviewing and updating non-capital functions in the projects and new directions in implementing the province's concentrated information technology park; proposing highly feasible planning implementation solutions based on the current status of each project; focusing on completing the content of the zoning planning projects to report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

The Secretary also agreed in principle to report on the task of adjusting the general urban planning of Ho urban and its vicinity to the urban planning of Thuan Thanh town until 2045.
