In the year of resistance against French colonialism and American imperialism, due to war, people evacuated everywhere, the production of spring rolls was buried. In recent years, villagers are trying to restore the production for sales of spring rolls to everywhere and build Bui spring rolls trademark. Currently, there are about 50 households producing Bui spring rolls with output of about 5000 rolls daily, creating jobs for hundreds of laborers.
The fleshy, fatty taste of meat and fat, the spreading aroma of fried rice are the typical flavors that you can feel right at the first time enjoying spring rolls of Bui village. Bui spring rolls after being produced, can be stored for 2-4 days, if packed with a vacuum bag, it can be stored for 15 to 20 days at a temperature from 7 to 100 degrees C. currently, the brand name Bui spring rolls made more and more position in the market, not only consumed in the province, but also presented in many provinces and cities in the country such as Bac Giang province, Quang Ninh provinces, Hanoi… and becoming the gift exported Bui spring rolls to countries such as France, Germany, Japan… in the winter.
Bui spring rolls is one of the products selected to participate in the project “Building, managing and promoting brand for some agricultural products and craft villages of Bac Ninh province in the period of 2018-2020” and has granted Collective trademark protection titles by Intellectual Property Department.
