Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan inspects and directs resolution of land clearance problems for 6 traffic projects
(BNP) - On September 9, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directly inspected the scene and directed the removal of obstacles in site clearance for traffic construction projects in the province.

Joining the delegation were Mr. Tran Huy Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of departments, sectors and localities.
* In Yen Phong district and Tu Son city, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan inspected the investment project to build PR.287 from Trung Nghia commune, Yen Phong district to Dong Nguyen ward, Tu Son city, with a length of 6.4 km and totaling more than VND 335 billion, implementation period of 2022 - 2024. Currently, Yen Phong district only hands over 0.7/3.2 km. Tu Son city has not yet carried out site clearance for the remaining 3.2 km, mainly agricultural land due to procedures for requesting to convert rice land.
* In Tien Du district, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan inspected the investment project to build PR.287 from Hoan Son to the intersection of the northern approach road of Kinh Duong Vuong bridge, route km5+00 - km8+650 with a length of more than 3.6 km and totaling more than VND 326 billion, implementation period of 2023 - 2024, land recovery area of about 16 hectares. However, up to now, Tien Du district only hands over 0.5 km of land. The District Compensation and Site Clearance Council has held a meeting with the people, counted, assigned the area owner, handed over 5.6 hectares; 4.2 hectares are being counted and approved for compensation plan; the remaining 06 hectares overlap the boundary with land granted to a number of enterprises. The district is collecting documents and will work with the enterprises as soon as possible.
* In Que Vo town, Chairman Tuan inspected the PR.278 project from National Highway 18, Phuong Mao ward to PR.287, Yen Gia commune; the investment project to build the National Highway 18 service road from Que Vo Industrial Park to Tay Ho Urban Area, section km8+100 - km8+400 (left side of the route) and complete the lighting system of the town's service road. All projects are temporarily suspended due to problems with the land area at the beginning of the route (about 100m) intersecting with National Highway 18, which overlaps the project to connect the main urban road from Phuong Mao ward to Que Vo Industrial Park 1; problems with 04 land lots being sold without authority on National Highway 18; 200m at the beginning of the route, mainly residential land and that located in the traffic corridor; power line infrastructure.
