(BNP) - In the morning of January 31, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huong Giang inspected the preparation of the conditions for organizing the Lim Festival in Tien Du district.

According to the program, the Lim festival is held in 2 days, from February 2 to 3 (January 12 and 13 of the year of Quy Mao 2023), in Lim township, Noi Due commune and Lien Bao commune (Tien Du district).

This year, the Lim festival takes place on a working day of the week, so the activities will take place during the day and evening at the center of Lim Hill and the area of Van Tuong Balancing Lake In particular, Tien Du district held the inauguration of Van Tuong Balancing Lake and fireworks at 9 pm on February 2 (January 12 evening).

Up to this point, Tien Du district has basically completed the preparation of the festival, ensuring the conditions for organizing the ceremony and the festival.

Chairwoman acknowledged and highly appreciated the initiative and preparation work of Tien Du district.

She requested Tien Du district to strengthen the state management of the festival, direct the organization of festival activities in a joyful, practical spirit.

Also this morning, the Chairwoman inspected the construction progress of the Monument of Heroic Martyrs in Tien Du district.
