(BNP) - On February 26, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huong Giang resolved petitions and checked Covid-19 control at a number of businesses in the province.

Chairwoman Nguyen Huong Giang visited and worked with Urban and Industrial Development Investment IDICO - Que Vo Joint Stock Company; JMT VN Company Limited in Que Vo II Industrial Park.

The first phase of Que Vo II Industrial Park has construction investment scale of more than 269 hectares with a total investment of VND 1,480 billion. Up to now, 170ha of ground clearance compensation were completed. The occupancy rate reached 47% of the industrial land area with 36 enterprises which are operating in production and construction investment.

JMT VN Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing printed circuit board (PCB). In 2020, the Company exceeded the set plan, profit increased by 5% compared to the plan. In 2021, the Company continues to set a growth target of 5% compared to 2020.

At the meeting, Chairwoman Giang and leaders of relevant departments and branches listened to and directly answered the petitions of businesses.

She assigned the Department of Transport to supplement the system of signs, painted road markings, and speed reducers on roads in the industrial park. The Provincial Industrial Zones Authority supports enterprises in implementing administrative procedures. Department of Construction and the enterprise jointly study location, housing needs of workers in the industrial park to make a suitable plan. Que Vo District People's Committee further makes a plan and a timeline of site clearance for the site clearance Que Vo II Industrial Park’s first phase., etc. Giang said.

She asked the Department of Health, functional agencies and enterprises to strengthen supervision and guide businesses to carry out the epidemic prevention and control.

* Also in the same day, Chairwoman Nguyen Huong Giang visited and worked with Hanel Production and Import-Export Joint Stock Company (Tien Son Industrial Park). This is an enterprise specializing in manufacturing high-tech electronic components for cars, home electronics and Sasaki smart accelerated freeze drying machine.

The director of Hanel Company said that in 2020, in the context of Covid-19 control, the company's export revenue increased 135% compared to 2019.

In the period 2020-2025, the Company’ strategy for expand production is between 3 to 4 times higher than the current one. The company hoped that the province will support the expansion site, preferential policies and businesses connection to find stable suppliers…

She said that in the coming time, the province will continue to implement the program of connection between enterprises.
