Digital transformation for people and businesses to be promoted

(BNP) – This is one of directions of Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee in Directive No. 02/CT-UBND on the implementation of Resolution 02 dated January 10, 2022 of the Government on tasks and main solution for improvement of the business environment as well as enhancement of the national competitiveness in 2022.

Accordingly, the Chairwoman assigned the Department of Information and Communications to work with agencies and units to effectively implement the Bac Ninh Provincial Digital Transformation Plan for the period of 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 as well as the implementation of administrative reform to create favorable conditions for people and businesses.

The Department of Information and Communications makes programs to support businesses in digital transformation; introduce digital transformation application technology products; review and supplement a number of evaluation criteria of the ICT Index of departments, sectors and localities such as the application of operating platforms, meetings, seminars, consultations and online dialogues with people and businesses.

The departments, branches and localities review and implement solutions to increase the rate of online public service provision at level 3.4; speed up the implementation of the method of receiving dossiers and returning results of administrative procedures through the public postal service; accelerate the progress of non-cash payments and developing e-commerce; apply information technology to make processes and procedures transparent; connecting and sharing a common database for state management.
