Enhance technical advances transfer for farming, livestock and aquaculture in Bac Ninh province
(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just signed and issued document No. 4271/UBND-NN approving the Agricultural Extension Plan in the province in 2024.

In 2024, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in coordination with Bac Ninh Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station, and Bac Ninh Portal will promote information activities and propagate guidelines and policies and agricultural extension activities, especially the implementation of building models and projects, training in transferring technical advances, introducing good economic examples, information about markets, agricultural products, trade promotion, etc.
About 100 training classes to scientific and technical advances transfer for farming, livestock, and aquaculture will be organized, especially implementing the project "System of display points to introduce and supply safe agricultural products or OCOP products in Bac Ninh province until 2030" for about 11,000 delegates. The relevant units also organize tours, share production experience, and build high-tech agricultural models in some neighboring provinces; organize seminars, exchanges, and sharing of technical advances and good experiences between managers, scientists, and farmers with the theme "Promoting agricultural production associated with ecotourism development" and "Solutions of promotion of bringing agricultural products to e-commerce platforms”; hold a workshop to evaluate the current situation, find and propose solutions to promote the application of information technology and digital technology in the production and consumption of agricultural products with the theme "Application of information
On the other hand, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development works with departments, sectors and localities to participate in the domestic agricultural fairs and exhibitions with an aim to introducing, advertising and propagating safe agricultural products, key agricultural products, and OCOP products of the province to the provinces and cities in the country. At the same time, 16 demonstration models in farming, livestock, and aquaculture will be carried out in districts, towns, and cities, thereby, forming and replicating concentrated agricultural production areas, application of high technology, the increase of production value as well as income for farmers.
