Index of Industrial Production increases by 5.49%
(BNP) – According to the General Statistics Office, in the first 6 months of the year, the province's Index of Industrial Production (IIP) increased by 5.49% compared with same period in 2023.
Manufacturing at Manutronics Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Tien Son Industrial Park).
Manufacturing industry increased by 5.41%; electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air conditioning production and distribution increased by 13.34%; and water supply, waste and wastewater management and treatment activities increased by 22.27%.
Printing and copying of records of all kinds increased by 76.87%; Production of tobacco products increased by 51.68%; drainage and wastewater treatment increased by 26.35%.
04 industries have an IIP decrease, including: production of paper and paper products; production of other non-metallic mineral products; production of other machinery and equipment not classified elsewhere; and production of other means of transport.
