Nearly 1,900 enterprises newly established

(BNP) - In the first 10 months of 2021, 1,883 enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of VND 22,390.5 billion. Among which, the rate of online business registration dossiers reached 97.73%, ranking third in the country; the average registered capital per newly established enterprise was VND 11.89 billion.

Besides, 592 enterprises registered to operate again; 893 enterprises registered to suspend operations; 177 enterprises carried out voluntary dissolution procedures; 239 enterprises converted their type of operation.

Up to now, there are 19,269 enterprises in operation with a total registered charter capital of more than VND 306,437 billion; the average registered capital per enterprise reached VND 15.9 billion. Off which, 10,747 One member limited liability company; 5.115 Limited liability companies with 2 or more members; 2,906 Joint Stock Company; 500 private enterprises and 01 partnership.

On the other hand, 1,499 enterprises have chosen to temporarily suspend business activities with a total registered charter capital of VND 9,131.7 billion.
